The Montane Resolve XT is a flexible jacket with 220g of 750fp down, appropriate for most winter circumstances in British hills. It is actually perfect for a blowy December summit camp. I wore the jacket layered more than a microfleece whilst erecting a tent in the blizzard. Even so, jackets with higher fill ability down are warmer for that weight,
